Introduction to each hole and recommended scenes
There are five distinctive halls in the park. Choose the one that best
suits the occasion and the food you want to eat.
Kessel Hall
The open-air hall with a huge beer brewing kettle (kessel) manufactured in the first year of the Taisho Era (1912) is an eye-catching feature. It has the atmosphere of a royal beer hall, where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with a sense of history and tradition. It can also be used for small groups.
Poplar-kan
This retro-modern hall makes the most of the red-brick atmosphere of the building, while also providing a contemporary interior.
This all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink dedicated hall has a completely private room that can accommodate up to 96 people. It can also be used as seating for parties.
Lilac
A serene hall with a view of the red bricks Kaitakushi-kan and the scenery that changes with the seasons.
This hall is the only place in the park where you can eat “seasoned jingisukan,” which is seasoned with plenty of secret sauce.
Garden Grill
The hall has a sophisticated appearance with an impressive large window overlooking the Kaitakushikan, the symbol of Sapporo Beer Garden.
Grain-fed lamb, a higher grade of lamb, is used.
Enjoy your private time in a completely private room with a private terrace.

Only here in the world! Sapporo Five Star
Sapporo Five Star, a pioneer of premium beer, was launched in 1967 by Sapporo Beer Co.Currently, this beer is only available at Sapporo Beer Garden.
The full-bodied German-style flavor was highly popular, but regrettably it was discontinued in 1972. Sapporo Biergarten has re-released it since 2006.
The secret of the delicious taste is the speed of pouring!
At Sapporo Beer Garden, we are particular about how we pour our beer. The pouring speed is 4 seconds, and the beer is poured in “once” while creating a whirlpool at once to create a golden ratio of beer and foam of 7:3.
I had always thought that the beer at Sapporo Beer Garden tasted so good because of the atmosphere of the restaurant, but I had no idea that there was such a technical reason as well!
The Poplar Pavilion’s “SERVI” food delivery robot is amazing.
At the Poplar Pavilion, the catering robot “SERVI” is in action.
Meat and vegetables ordered from tablets at the table are brought to you by SERVI.
I was fascinated by their cute, hard-working appearance.
